Warranty policies and types

There are two types of warranty in the store



Ordinary Warranty / The customer can, through the normal warranty in the event of a manufacturer defect, return or replace the product with a maximum of 7 days from the date of arrival of the product to the customer, and replacement with a maximum of 15 days from the date of arrival of the product to the customer in the event of a manufacturing defect




Golden Warranty / The customer can, through the golden warranty, in the event of a manufacturer defect, return the product for a maximum of 7 days

Replacing the product with another product of the same type for a maximum period of one year from the date of the product's arrival to the customer in the event of a manufacturing defect






Warranty parts/

  • There is a defect in the process of closing or opening the product
  • There is a defect in the process of reversing the direction of the cart through the stick





Parts not covered by warranty

  • Fractures unless notified, up to a maximum of 3 days from the date of arrival of the vehicle
  • Parts unless notified, up to 3 days from the date of arrival of the vehicle

Problems with the wheels unless they are reported, up to 3 days from the date of the vehicle’s arrival
